Aquatic pets and reptiles in clovis. Came in with the impression that they would be reasonable based off their Facebook post. I paid $20 for a bottle of stabilizer and found out I had already purchased this for my other tank, which I didn’t mind but I paid only $8 elsewhere. They do not accept returns so be aware of what you’re buying before you pay. Shop around first as this is grossly over priced. I don’t mind making a profit but more than double the regular price is a rip off. I was fine with store credit which was offered on the phone but when I went in they told me they were refusing the store credit because I gave a bad Google review. The employees then told me their father who owns the store would not do business with me and this was “nicer than what they personally would do to me” beware of these people, they are scamming customers for overly priced items and telling customers they aren’t welcomed if they don’t give good reviews. On the spot they ask for a 5 star review for a discount so most of the reviews aren’t thought out or real. Not sure what they “would do to me” if they were in charge instead of their father but be careful!
