40 Hours a Week Cutting Grass SOLO

Hi! we’re looking for someone who wants to cut solo. We have smaller residential houses. We use John Deere stand on mower. 648r to be exact. We also have stand on 32inch mowers so less push mowing. (Plus plenty of back up mowers) This position starts at $16 an hour but we do have pay per performance which can take your hourly pay up to $22 per hour. The responsibilities will require cutting 15-20 houses a day. Starting at 7:30 to 5:30 during the heavy growth season and 7:30 to 4:30 when the grass slows down. We value your personal time. It’s honestly a very simple job but we are looking for the best candidate that is responsible enough to cut solo and not miss days because he has that route to finish before the end of the week. We are very laid back here and we do not micro manage. We also have bush trimming, mulch and small landscape jobs that need to be completed as well.
