The op was only a few lines long. Unless I missed the post you're referring to, I don't see you or anyone on your side saying outright: "Yes, I would have faith in this audit if a left leaning company performed it" I'm not the guy you're thinking of, 2020 was my first year posting anywhere other than "for sale". I didn't even vote in the 2016 election. Like many formerly apolitical, the pandemic piqued my interest in politics. I just find it amusing how little people are willing to take/consider perspectives other than their own. We are not policy makers, but if we were I would suggest a compromise - don't let one political party control the audit. That may in fact be the conclusion the lawsuits come to, we shall see. I do think it is wrong to give someone with a clear conflict of interest to perform the audit, especially with no oversight. That's all there is to my greivance.
