Janitorial /Commercial Cleaner Green Thumb Cleaning Group – San Fernando, CA $14.00 - 18.00 per hour Apply Now We are looking for a janitor to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean kitchen floor, appliances and counter tops, clean drains (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Must be available to work 1:00 pm to 4:00 am shift (Monday thru Sunday). This schedule may change based on client needs. Must have a reliable car Pays bi-weekly Spot clean doors, light switches, counters, partition glass, walls, etc. Pour water in drain traps one (1) time per week. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds * Skills Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Must be Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable and Dependable Schedule: Monday to Sunday Work Remotely: No COVID-19 considerations Must Always Wear Mask At All Times Must Always Wear Gloves At All Times
