I am looking for a financially stable and responsible person to share a warehouse space with in Culver City. Its about 1500 square feet. 2 separate entrances. I only need half of the space. The other half has a front office space with a window, bathroom, small storage and decent size warehouse / creative space. There is a small opening between the two warehouse spaces that we can easily put up a simple wall to create a more private and distinctive separation. I need the space that has the wider warehouse entrance for my equipment and storage. I have no need for the office space, but would like to have access to the bathroom. It will be perfect for a photographer to set up product or fashion shoots. Or graphic artist. Or a small fulfillment operation. I already spoke to the owner of the property and she is open to having 2 tenants take over the space as long as we move in together. Please reply if you are interested. Thank you
