need couch/recliner desperatly

i pulled a muscle in my back and i have chest surgery upcoming early may. ive been using a twin bed with pillows for a couch and once i have my surgery i wont be able to sleep laying down. does anyone have a couch they no longer need? i really dont have any money right now but if you can deliver i can toss something in for delivery. if anyone can help thank you.
