At KW3 Construction we aim to please our clients with home remodels and insurance claim rebuilds. We work at a fast pace, usually in and out in a few days or less, yet pay close attention to our finishing details. Currently seeking self-starters and responsible workers experienced in construction. Must have a good work ethic, capable of taking directions, eager to learn, and reliable. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Hours very between 7am-5pm depending on homeowners and HOA rules. Applicants must have experience in the following: *Hang kitchen cabinets *Set vanities *Install pre-hung doors (including double doors, exterior, interior, and french doors) *Install windows (including flashing to code) *Install baseboard and door casing (including match existing) *Install closet shelf & pole *Install new door on existing frame *Install Laminate snap-together flooring *Must have reliable vehicle & tools necessary *Ability to carry 50lbs *Must be willing to work with others *Must be willing to use technology for time & photo tracking *Must be willing to pick up and deliver materials to jobsites *Must be willing to work at jobs located all throughout San Diego County including Downtown Other helpful skills, but not necessary, include: *Minor drywall patching/texture to match existing *Minor painting for small fixes or base & case *Minor plumbing (such as sink and faucet disassembly & reinstall or swapping out a new toilet) *Minor electrical (such as swapping out outlets and switches) *Minor framing *Tile *Occasional jobs slightly outside of SD County lines *Knowledge of Co Construct software via phone app
