Welding-Fabrication on 4 x 4 Van

I have a 97 Dodge 2500 4 x 4 van and I have a set of Nerf Bars (Tube step Sides) that are going to be mounted on the frame. However, there is some fabrication that needs to be done on both sides in order to make this possible. I am in the Springcity area (about 2 miles south of OJR High School) and could bring the van to you if you aren't too far away. Or if you are mobile that could work also. I am guessing it is about a half a day's worth of work. If you have an hourly or a 1/2 Day Rate that would be nice to know what it is. I will purchase all metal if you are going to do it at my place in the drive way. 1/4" or 3/16" steel with a few 1/4" or 5/16" holes that need to be drilled also. That is all the info I have.
