WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED PERSON
Tests, repairs, and installs backflow assembly devices for customers throughout Yakima County. Occasionally performs other light service, such as removing broken backflow devices, preparing future sites of new installations, or winterizing irrigation systems. Responsibly and efficiently drives a company vehicle to and from job sites. Independently maintain trucks, keeping them clean, organized and stocked. Documents all backflow tests and repairs completely and accurately. Communicates effectively with manager, dispatcher and other technicians. Promotes customer satisfaction and company success by treating customers, contractors, and co-workers with respect and cooperation.
Daily Responsibilities

Strives to complete each assigned task at scheduled date/time
Performs testing and/or repairs accurately and thoroughly
Records test results and device information legibly, accurately, and thoroughly
Treats customers respectfully and professionally at all times
Additional Requirements
Utilizes company vehicles only for company assignments
Performs general maintenance and cleaning of company vehicle
Notifies office promptly when unable to work due to emergency or illness
Completes additional training and/or certification renewal when necessary
Cooperates with coworkers and owner to complete team projects
