Fast growing MANUFACTURER AND DISTRIBUTOR is looking for a full time shipping coordinator to organize the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement and invoicing of goods. Starting pay rate an hour $17.00 Hours will be = 8:30am to 5:00 pm = Monday thru Friday You will be doing all general warehouse functions for both Receiving and Shipping tasks as required. Here are the following requirements that are needed: Standup Forklift Can Lift up to 50 lbs. RF Guns Good Communication Skills Able to Read, Write and follow daily task instructions Dependable Basic Computer Skills If you have already worked with Shipping using both UPS and FEDEX machines and RF Guns and can operate all Forklifts that would be of great help and benefit! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Receive and process purchases. · Schedule and verify shipment. · Invoicing and accounts receivable. · Customer service and support. · Process shipping claims. · Manage inventory. · Rapid and accurate data entry. · Provide administrative assistance. Requirements: · Must be organized, detailed, hard-working and passionate about building a career. · Must have intermediate to advanced computer and phone skills. · Must have good written and verbal English communication skills. · Moderate to high WPM (35+). · Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word, Excel, other software preferred. PAY RATE = $17P/HR MONDAY-FRIDAY: 8 am - 5 pm PAYDAY EVERY FRIDAY MUST BE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING LONG TERM AND STABLE.
