Property Management Company looking for a porter who is eager to learn and improve their skills. The applicant must be bilingual, organized and responsible. The schedule for this job is Monday - Friday, we have 2 shifts available 8AM - 5PM or 11AM - 8PM with an opportunity for overtime. Porter - job duties include but are not limited to: • Cleaning • Maintain exterior of all buildings • Picking up material • Pressure wash • Sweeping • Water plants Maintenance - job duties include but are not limited to: • Painting & Drywall • General Maintenance Interior & Exterior • Plumbing & Electrical • Flooring Compensation is $14-$18/hour plus health benefits. Must provide proof of legal status to work in the United States, have a valid Drivers License and a reliable vehicle. We look forward to meeting you.
