Rehoming Terrier/Chi Puppy

Hello! Walter is a 6 month old male terrier mix puppy that I need to rehome due to work, life, and other commitments. He is a pretty submissive and quiet, but is always happy to play with other humans and dogs. He does best in a home with more than one human, or even with another dog present, and usually looks to others to lead. He likes to play with his ball and loves light tug-of-war. His general approach is to assess situations first before engaging. I expect he will stay on the more reserved side, and max out around 20 lbs. He has never tried to bite, and doesn't bark much at all. He's easily trainable and only goes potty outside on the grass. For 6 months, he usually holds it from 7am to 5-6pm, and usually sleeps most of the day, mainly eating around noon, 6pm, or 9pm. Walter is pretty good on walks and has never tried to escape from his owner's presence, but he expends his energy better unleashed in dog parks or yards. If I need to be away from home for a bit, I keep him in a dog-proofed room. A rehoming fee will apply, about the same amount I paid when I got him (~$600), but I will include all his belongings, such as crate, 2 beds, food to last the rest of puppy stage, 2 months of flea prevention, treats, toys, and other necessities. Walter is up to date on shots, is neutered, chipped, and hasn't had any health issues.
