Serious Pay and Benefits: Compensation will be performance driven at $16.50-$24 per hour depending on experience. We are currently offering a conditional hiring bonus for those hired between April - September 1, 2021! 1 year of verifiable paint experience will get you a $500 hiring bonus! 2-4 years of verifiable carpentry experience will get you a $1,000 hiring bonus! 4 or more years of verifiable carpentry experience will get you a $1,500 hiring bonus!
