Warehouse Inventory Associate General Job Description for Warehouse Associate: IT AMG has an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work with a team of technicians, power-on and inventory desktop / laptop computers, printers, servers, and other related hardware systems. Duties & Responsibilities: • Inventory, asset tag, and sort various types of computer equipment • Use of hand scanners and our digital inventory management system and apps to assign equipment to boxes, zones, and or warehouse locations • Unload and palletize equipment • Physically move heavy boxes on dollies and heavy pallets on pallet jacks • Sort wires, cables, keyboards, IT peripherals and other scrap • Weigh, receive, and document inbound/outbound shipments • Ensure quality control standards are being met or exceeded • Identify and/or replace components when needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Education, Experience, & Training: • Basic Computing and Spreadsheet Skills a must Skills & Abilities • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Self- motivated and resourceful problem-solver • Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines • Must communicate effectively and work well with others • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Salary & Benefits: Salary: $16.50/hr.
