Clean surface rust off underbody of truck

I have surface rust on the underbody of my truck. It needs to be wire brushed, rinsed, rust dissolved, rinsed, and have coats of rust remover applied. After all that's done, if you're up for it, I'd spray it with Rustoleum black enamel and/or fluid film. I have all the materials. If you've done this kind of work before and want a day's worth of work, this is for you. I'll pay $50/hr. I'll provide the cleaning agents and Rustoleum.
