Position Description Summary Alongside the Director of Maintenance, this position is primarily responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Club’s. Role & Responsibilities • Help maintain the Club and it’s buildings, equipment, grounds, and other Club property • Complete maintenance request orders according to the priority set by the Director • Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment, as needed • Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, as needed • Provide general handyman support, as needed • Complete special projects, as assigned • Wear all personal protective equipment, as instructed, making safety a top priority • Keep a daily log of all work performed • Maintain logs of preventative maintenance • Ensure all necessary repairs are performed in a safe and timely manner • Keep the shop neat and organized; clean up after each repair • Assist with tool/equipment inventory, as needed • Communicate with team to ensure all processes are completely smoothly • Maintain up-to-date credentials, certificates, and licenses, as applicable • Commit to continuous professional development, keeping abreast with current industry trends, tools, technologies, and opportunities, attending conferences, seminars, and workshops as assigned Qualifications & Education Requirements • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and other house maintenance systems • Ability to demonstrate professionalism with members, guests, and fellow employees • Maintain a flexible work schedule, which may include weekends and holidays, as needed • Willingness to learn and accept instruction, communicate, & operate in a team environment • Must possess a positive attitude and good work ethic • Ability to perform standard shop duties, such as organizing tools, cleaning, & record keeping • Carpentry, flooring, painting, experience a plus • Maintenance background required • Valid driver’s license required • High School Diploma or GED required Benefits Company-sponsored healthcare premiums Medical, dental, and vision options Relocation assistance 401(k) matching dollar for dollar, up to 4% Complimentary meals during shift Paid Parental Leave Company-provided ferry and parking passes Life Insurance, AD&D, Short & Long Term Disability options PTO accrual immediately Holiday Bonuses Continuing education and professional development opportunities Employee referral bonus opportunities Club Perks: complimentary golf, merchandise discounts, and access to Club amenities
