Requirements: Must have experience in the landscape industry Ability to use the tools of the trade safely and properly Follow daily work plan as designed Notify supervisor of problem encountered or opportunities for improvement Safely work around trucks and trailers Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines Work as a team with other employees Work hard and have fun Ability to use or do the following is a major plus: Operation of walk-behind mowers properly with knowledge of best mowing practices for each turf type Irrigation installation and repair experience Proper plant pruning techniques Dingo, skid-steer and trencher operator Turf Care Applicator English - Spanish skills Problem Solver Willing to work on different type jobs and/or with other crews - Flexibility A positive work environment is very important.
