The Republicans are determined to turn back the clock to the 1950s and encourage rampant dumping of hazardous chemicals into rivers and unchecked air pollution belching from coal power plants. Remember when the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland caught on fire because there were so many flammable chemicals in it in 1969? Remember when smog in Los Angeles was so bad in the 60s that you couldn't go outside without a mask many days because the air was so thick with pollution? That is what the Republicans want for America. America has cleaned up quite a bit since the 60's and conservatives have lied and fought against clean air and water every inch of the way. They want toxins in the water. They want air you can't breathe. Why? Simple. They're evil and hate America.
