Currently hiring full-time maintenance for small real estate management firm in Oklahoma City. Responsible for completing assigned Service Requests. Performs daily maintenance of single family homes and apartment units ( plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general 'handyman' repairs and make ready tasks). Must have reliable transportation, own tools and a basic understanding & willingness to maintain log books. Qualified only need to apply.
