Interior minor framing. Build/Install closet shelves. Fireplace mantel. - Flooring - Laminate floor installation, tiles in bathrooms, laundry - Plumbing - Rough plumbing in bathrooms, install new shower valves, replace P-traps for Tub & walk-in shower, shower Liner, toilet flange replacement, washer/dryer water box, Ice maker Box. Fine Plumbing - sinks, install toilets, tub and shower fixtures - Handyman - Installing cabinets, Install fans, light fixtures, door hardware, house numbers, mailbox, light landscaping, fence repair. Microwave, range, dishwasher. - Demo - Remove existing flooring, carpet. Demo bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, closets, remove damaged drywall, cabinets, vanities, mirrors, tub, wallpaper, pop corn ceiling, damaged studs.
