In immediate need of younger dog for service animal

Hi, I am a 37 yo woman with ptsd and anxiety stemming from domestic abuse. I am now separated from that situation but am struggling with my issues living alone. I am willing to pay but am on a budget. Hoping to find a reasonably priced puppy or younger dog that can be trained as a service animal. I need one that is very in tune with emotional needs. If you have any info for me, can help or know of resources I would be forever grateful. Thank you.
