We are looking for a reliable Residential Maintenance person with Customer service experience. Maintenance repairs (painting, plumbing, minor electric, landscaping) to maintain 13 homes, that are short-term rentals (Airbnb homes). Flexible schedule a must (on call for repairs). Self-motivated and detail oriented individual to perform all duties related to maintaining a safe and appealing environment. Must be able to provide a valid drivers license. Also, to submit to a backgroud check. Potential for growth for the right person. Must also have your own tools, vehicle and experience is very important! We cover the cost of all materials and supplies. Must have experience (preferred license or a must with pool cleaning experience very important) and maintenance experience minimum 5 years’ experience and take pride in your work. This is a must – no exceptions! I'm looking for someone that maintains the homes by doing preventative maintenance and respond to inquires on the Airbnb app. -Inspect properties on a monthly basis -Take trash outs on trash days (take overflow of trash to the dumpster) -Minor plumbing repairs -Minor electrical -Minor paint touch ups -Propane tank refill for gas grills -Paid extra for any major upgrades-painting exterior and interior, floor replacement, etc Starting salary $1500-$2000k a month, on call repairs, part-time hours and some weekends.
