Full auto repair shop is looking for an assistant Full auto repair shop looking for a Service Writer with experience This position requires excellent customer service and sales skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication. Must be a team player with minimum 1 year automobile related service experience. Job description; Answer phones and greet customers. Evaluate customer concerns and prepare work order. Computer diagnostics and explain necessary repairs to customers. Prepare written estimate and present estimate to customer. Order parts and communicate with technician to ensure timely repairs. Cash out customers and present final invoice.
