Immediate opening for an Experienced person to maintain apartments in Riverside, Brookfield and the surrounding areas. Must have your own vehicle, tools, etc. Maintenance consists of minor repairs to vacant and rented units and common areas. Drywall repairs, painting cleaning, clogged drains, leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, etc. Hours are Monday - Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-1 only if an emergency. Salary is based on your ability.
