We are adding staff to our great little pool company. We are family owned and operated. We install fiberglass pools and we have work on the books until 2023. Ready to hire and you'll be getting OT pay immediately. Our ideal new employee would have prior construction or pool/hot tub experience, a great attitude, clean driving record and ability to work efficiently unsupervised. We do a lot of different jobs too, so varying experience and being flexible with schedule, job tasks and each other is encouraged. Direct customer interaction is likely and ability to interact with customers appropriately is a requirement. This is a full time position and hourly rate for the right experienced tech could start at $20 an hour. Please keep in mind that starting wage is based on experience, attitude and work ethic. Applicable experience in any of the following trades is great: Pool construction, spa/hot tub delivery, landscaping, excavation/earth work, carpentry, equipment operator, concrete, masonry, plumbing, electrical, surveying.
