JOB DESCRIPTION: The Handyman position is responsible for supporting all of the business’s maintenance activities. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, laminate flooring, front entry doors, roofing and HVAC. This position is a W2/employee not a 1099/self employed position. The Handyman personnel will perform tasks assigned by the maintenance supervisor and authorized by the company. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management organization.
