First, you must be incredibly poor if $300 a week sounds like a lot to you. That works out to $7.50 an hour for 40 hours. MINIMUM wage in Maryland is $11.75 an hour. That's the MINIMUM. The majority of the people who lost their jobs make a LOT more than $300 a week. The MEDIAN or AVERAGE income in Maryland for instance is $73971 per year which works out to $1422.51 per week. That's just the median which means half the people in Maryland make MORE than that. So yeah, $300 a week may sound like a lot to a guy like you who didn't make it through high school and collects cans along the side of the road for a living but it's pocket change to most people who have real jobs. Maybe stop spending all day every day on Craigslist and see if you can collect a few more cans every day instead of stopping as soon as you have enough to buy a 6 pack. Moron.
