Are you GREAT at what you do?!?!?!? We are looking to create partnerships with crews. Xtreme Property Cleaning & Restoration is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in north Texas. We prefer contractors with prior experience in property preservation including, but not limited to: • Lawn care/Landscaping • Debris/Trash removal • Lock changes/door repair & install • Painters • Maid Services/Cleaning • Winterization • Inspections • Evictions You also must have the following: -Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check w/ IC01 Status. - Valid Social Security Card or FEIN -Valid Driver’s License with Auto Insurance -W-9 Form – no W-2 employees needed -General Liability Insurance and Errors/Omissions Insurance (preferred) -Must be able to use Pruvan (or willing to learn) -Must be able to navigate the Internet, Email, Smart Phone and Mobile Apps -Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -Must be willing to work at least 6 days a week, maybe 7 *80% of work orders include lock changes, trash removal, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc. Please respond to this ad via email at: [email protected] with Contractor Application as the subject.
