GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION General labor, removing concrete, pouring concrete, running jack hammers, sweeping and cleaning up, shoveling, loading and unloading trucks and pick ups. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Highly disciplined with a great ability to follow instructions • Excellent physical strength and stamina • Well organized and with the ability to show initiative • Willing to work and stay out of town for construction projects • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs • Able to work individually and as part of a team • Understand and use company safety policies and procedure • Have a basic understanding of structure and concrete work • Assist onsite supervisor or foreman on jobsites • Willing to perform general labor tasks • Help pour concrete • Remove concrete • Operate power tools QUALIFICATIONS • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Willing to know and understand safety policies • Familiar with construction operations, tools, materials, and equipment • Understands how to layout and form a variety of concrete forms.
