Description
Cobalt Real Estate Services is looking for a full time property Maintenace labor worker for multiple properties throughout Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park and Hutto.
The candidate should have a pick-up truck. Have the the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Cobalt provide all the equipment and supplies needed to perform the primary duties
Primary duties include:
empty trash can liners, wipe down / clean trash can cases
pick up loose trash on and around properties
blow debris from parking lot and curb lines
Clear dumpster enclosure of debris, trash and objects
Ensure the exterior of the properties are clean and safe of hazards.
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation includes $15.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement or fuel card use.
Commission paid for additional work reported
Benefits include Medical, dental and vision after 90 days of full time employment: Cobalt pays 1/2 of premium.
Candidate is required to have a valid US drivers license
