We Are Looking To Hire Sales Person, Landscapers, Tree Groundsman, Installers And Labor's. Please DO NOT apply if your looking for a lawn maintenance position. (WE DON'T CUT GRASS)! Possible tips from customers and bonuses from the company. Sales Person: Must have experience in sales and/or generating leads in the landscaping industry. Drivers license and personal vehicle is a must. Pay is based on you!! Salary and/or commission to start. Please call to go over the details. Landscapers: Maintaining shrubs/bushes, flower beds, pruning. Installation of plants, weed mat, mulch, rock, irrigation, and/or pavers. Use of weed eaters, edger, hedge trimmers, chain saw, cut saw, and/or blower. Grounds man and laborers: Must be able to listen to instruction and follow through with the task that is at hand. Top Pay is based on drivers license, experience, work quality, and work ethics. Must be able to tolerate the heat, able to work long hours some days.
