The political picture changes depending on where you are in the county. I’m in rural Oregon today where, beyond the major cities, the level of stupidity in trumpeters is no different than of the lame in Orlando! The idea that science is now optional is dumbfounding! The embracing of conspiracy crap and the intentional misinformation that republicans have engaged in has done a number on the mentally malleable. They are as resistant to mask wearing here as they are in Florida. In the city the sane are still in the majority and adherence to medical protocol is observed. Since the Federal arrests of many Proud Boys and Oath-“Creepers” they are keeping a low profile here. Since the conviction of Chauvin the protests have declined with more of a positive note in those that remain. Maybe there is hope for America yet! It will be a better day after the indictments and trials go forward against the other conspirators and the main instigator. He will not run again, felons are prohibited from holding office. But y’all just keep sending him those Benjamin’s. LOLOLOLOLOL! I suppose y’all will soon be in groups wearing armbands next so you can intimidate more folks. Which one will you be wearing?
