We are looking for a full or part-time residential property maintenance technician to join our team. Learn these Essential Job Functions: Performs general maintenance tasks, to company standards, while providing residents with excellent customer service. Prioritize and schedule maintenance, notify residents of scheduled work. Troubleshoot, prioritize, and schedule service requests, ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company's standards. Inspect all aspects of property: grounds, building, vacant apartments, fire alarms, preventative maintenance and curb appeal. Make decisions under pressure. Adhere to timelines. Work effectively without direct supervision.\ Must be organized, pay attention to detail in both work done and record-keeping. Full-time position is 8am - 5 pm Monday-Friday. Valid driver's license and vehicle are required, must pass a background check. Health Insurance offered. Pay varies with experience. Veteran Friendly Employer.
