The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Essential Duties: +Load and unload appliances for use in our residential properties utilizing a manual hand truck as needed. +Removing trash, debris and appliances from properties before and after the property turnover. +Hauling various items to the local dump/landfill and completing associated paperwork. +Be able to make logistical decisions such as how to best complete a job. What we Require: +Ability to lift 75-100lbs. +Valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record. +Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. +Ability to drive a 5-speed manual transmission. +Ability to safely use hand tools and small power tools when needed. +Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
