The Elements is looking for a reliable and pro-active backroom coordinator who can provide exceptional customer service by transporting furniture and accessories into clients’ homes and businesses in a safe and efficient manner. This position is an essential part of our team in delivering a superior customer experience. Job Skills & Responsibilities • Lift merchandise up to 50-100 lbs • Unload and unbox freight from delivery trucks • Receive merchandise and enter into data management software • Pack, load, and secure merchandise • Unload merchandise from vehicle/trailer into clients’ homes and businesses • Courteous and customer focused to ensure upmost customer satisfaction • Use a variety of tools and equipment • Ability to hang and secure items to the wall • Follow all operational and safety procedures • Flexibility to adjust to daily variations that arise • Responsible for communicating and resolving any customer concerns as they should arise • Provide feedback to management regarding efficiencies, safety, productivity, etc. • Possession of or ability to obtain driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record • Capability to drive a truck and trailer required The Elements does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
