Have a machine and don't know how to use it? Have you or your kids ever wanted to learn how to sew? This workshop is just for you, PLUS you get to make your own pillowcase!! Sewing basics includes: Machine maintenance, Changing needles, Threading, Winding bobbins, Back stitch, Stitch length, Zig Zag vs straight, Thread tension, Seam allowance Project: Pillowcase (material will be provided) Required materials: Sewing machine, Thread, Scissors, Machine needles, Straight pins Class offered once a month (check website for dates) Level: Beginner (Kids + Adults) Small class size Workshops are non-refundable Workshops are located at Northwest Crafts and Decor LLC 8193 Main St Ste A in Rathdrum You can pre-register for our workshops on our website.
