Description

Starter colony (it's impossible to count these, you get a lot!) When your habitat requires dryness unsuitable for isopods, these are the answer. Buffalo beetles and their larvae eat anything left behind, dead bugs, leftover food, fecal matter, etc. They do the same work as dermestid beetles and may also be used in taxidermy. These insects are also known as lesser mealworms, and are also good feeders for small herps. The larvae resemble a small mealworm and are very fast moving. They multiply VERY quickly. Not suggested to use for invertebrates as they have been known to attack those molting. Text if you need a picture and if you'd like a faster response, I often forget to read email. Large portion there are hundreds... 10.00 Limited quantities PICK UP ONLY CASH ONLY Weekdays 2-5 pm no longer available on weekends due to the traditional CL no-shows.
