Established 20+ year company is looking for associates to join our team of pros. Crew member position requirements - 1 year professional landscaping/hardscaping experience preferred but will train the right individual. Crew lead position requirements - Valid driver's license + 3 years minimum professional landscaping/hardscaping experience. We are a professional company and are looking for individuals who are ready to work hard, possess a polite, professional, courteous attitude, with great customer service skills. Pay is based on experience starting at $16/hr. with up to $19/hr.+ for experienced pros who are ready to step into a lead role. $250 sign on bonus after 30 days of employment in good standing This is a 50-60 hour per week position with 1.5x overtime pay and performance bonuses for surpassing project goals.
