Roles and responsibilities: Create and organize a production schedule and adjust as needed while communicating to senior management and clients. Function as the service manager for 8 - 16 maintenance technicians / laborers as well as the power washing technicians. Assist in hiring and training of employees in the field. Lead and coordinate field employees. Provide on-site supervision of employees working in various trades and multiple locations. Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive counseling and training to help employees improve their work. Manage and oversee mechanic and fleet program to keep vehicles and equipment in good operating conditions. Ensure work orders are completed on time and within budget. Oversee special event set-up and tear down. Assist employees in completing work orders as needed. Ensure employees are properly completing work orders. Communicate daily with Scheduler / Coordinator to ensure every work order requested is scheduled and each employee's schedule is complete and accurate. Manage labor efficiently to reduce overtime and ensure all technician's hours are billed out as appropriate. Review all completed work orders and ensure all billable hours and materials are recorded. Maintaining and prioritizing daily schedule for the technicians and laborers. This is a hands-on and in -the-field position, focused primarily in the greater Orlando area with approximately 20% travel to other regions in the state of Florida. Qualifications and Skills: Multi-site Project Management experience Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Scheduling, Work Order Systems Customer Service Self Motivated Problem solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is highly desired Communication skills Organizational skills Time management Able to work outdoors for long hours in Florida weather Previous experience in a management role overseeing at least 2 employees / trucks In a mobile service platform REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: Clean Criminal Background Successful passing of a drug screening will be required prior to employment offer Must pass driving background check and be insurable thru our carrier Candidate is provided: Company vehicle, gas card and cell phone
