These positions are full time positions with a typical work schedule consisting of: Monday through Friday 7:30A-4:30P (May include some nights and weekends) Responsibilities included but not limited to: - Perform all aspects of job duties with little to no supervision - Complete all tasks, leaving a neat and clean work area - Paint and minor drywall repairs - General labor such as moving furniture and other items - Pressure washing - Light landscaping - Leaf Blowing - Floor Maintenance - Minor Plumbing - Minor Electrical Knowledge & Skill Requirements: - Minimum of (2) years of applicable working experience in general construction labor - Ability to lift 50lbs, use ladder up to 30ft - Ability to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements for up to 8 hours. - Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish) - Must be flexible with work schedule REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Clean Criminal Background - Successful passing of a drug screening will be required prior to employment offer - Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a driving background and be insurable thru our carrier
