Pay: $5,000 labor We need a solid two-man remodel and a finish guy to complete the remodel on a 2 bed 1 bath brick Tudor in Hillsboro. Need to: Miscellaneous small inside repairs, Repair back porch. Vacuum out old and blow in new insulation in attic. Tile floor and tub surround. Tape and bed drywall patches, skim coat. Install kitchen cabinets and counter, sink, disposer, faucet and appliances. Replace some floor boards and sand/stain floors, Paint inside and outside trim. Repair some exterior trim. Pressure wash and tuck point brick. Install side fence section. Mow and rake and trim bushes and trees. Haul away all debris from the job.
