ISO daycare for my almost 4 yr old granddaughter

ISO daycare for my 4 yr old granddaughter. She is not potty trained, has very limited vocabulary. I work Sundays Mondays Wednesdays from 9 am to around 10pm, Tuesdays I work from 4 to 10. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays it would be after school, but Sundays and Mondays are full days. My fiancee isn't able to do much, he's 67 so it's hard for him to do much.
