Window Cleaner lead position- experience or willing to train. We have residential window cleaning and commercial window cleaning clients. We'll train you to be an outstanding window cleaner for both. You will be a very important part of our growth and we want you to succeed at being the best window cleaning professional in the area. Being a Window Cleaner LEAD A crew leader runs a truck with a field technician. You'll be cleaning windows and gutters. You'll have to communicate with customers. As a crew leader, $100 towards a pair of shoes each year, 401k, free massages at a local massage therapist, and a cellphone for work and personal use. Can't be afraid of ladders or roofs. 2 months off per year. You will start as a field technician with the goal of quickly becoming a crew leader. Once you are competent as a field technician you will be trained to be a crew leader and trained to manage other team members. You will be trained to clean windows properly, set up and climb ladders safely, and clean gutters properly. We offer a training and introductory course to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site. You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to upsell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes. We do have certain things that are important Can not be afraid of heights Must have a decent driving record with a valid driver's license Smartphone for business use Reliable transportation to and from work Illegal drug-free zone Must be physically able to work with our heavy equipment, ladders, trucks, etc APPLY NOW.
