Employees that exemplify those traits, are reliable, provide excellent customer service and work well on a team will excel in our company and move up the ladder quickly. •You must like working outdoors with your hands and not be afraid of getting dirty. •You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the local office/shop. •You will be an employee, not a sub-contractor or day-laborer. •We will provide training in the Deck Medic Restoration Processes. •Pay you a fair wage, on time, with bonuses for those that exceed expectation. •Provide you with the opportunity to grow with us as we continue to expand our areas of operation. Currently we are ONLY looking for those who have previous experience in Deck Restoration. Pay starts at no less than $15, and once your experience and ability is established goes much higher, up to a percentage of each job (the more jobs you get done, the more money you can make).
