Position Description:
Responsible for overall physical maintenance of the property, which includes cleaning of vacant storage units, grounds, and bathrooms. Must be able to communicate effectively with the Facility Manager(s).
Position Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers when they require assistance with garage doors, locks and keys, etc.
- Availability to assist customers or help with system issues after hours (in coordination with the Facility Manager).
- Basic understanding of building systems, including air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, roofing, overhead doors, fire alarms, security alarms, and irrigation systems.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds and ability to operate a drill and other small power tools.
Approximately 20 hours per week.
