Must possess basic maintenance handyman skills: plumbing, electric, drywall/paint, carpentry, etc. Ideal opportunity for mature individual with apartment/condo/office building maintenance background who would enjoy working in a smaller resort environment. Pleasant personality and great guest service attitude is required. Both day and evening shifts/weekdays and weekends are required. Must be trustworthy and self-directed and have own transportation.
