We have an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Lead on our Shipping Dept. This position will work in the packaging and shipping department of our manufacturing plant. Position requires a reliable, hard-working, detail oriented individual who possesses the ability to direct other workers and work in the department, the ability to excel in a demanding work environment, as well as the ability to accomplish multiple high priority tasks. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: *Direct tasks to others in the Department - Must be able to communicate in Spanish *Learn to read our factory paperwork *Making pallets *Lifting product, up to 50 pounds. If heavier, use 2nd person *Packing product into boxes, both frames and panels *Strapping product to pallets *Pallet Jack usage *Sit down forklift experience *Housekeeping, sweeping, general clean up Other Qualifications: **Bilingual Spanish/English** ● Excellent communication skills ● Team Player ● Must pass physical & drug test Please reply to [email protected].
