AccessCNY is the premiere provider of disability and mental health services in Central New York. We're looking for a new Property Manager to join our facilities team! In cooperation with other facilities staff, this position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of AccessCNY facilities. Duties include landscaping, snow removal and scheduling/working with outside contractors. The ideal candidate will be flexible, comfortable working independently and be a trade school/BOCES graduate OR have 5 years experience in building maintenance.
