Daily functions: Participate in all types of maintenance projects. Repairs minor electrical problems. Repairs minor plumbing problems. Provides minor carpentry and sheet rock repairs. Inspects the property for safety hazards that pose a liability or potential liability. Maintain tennis court areas, washing down, sanitizing etc. Inspects pool and pool area to make sure area is free of safety violations. Experience required: Must have 1-2 years of prior experience as a maintenance technician in related trades.
