im in need for a new home for my cockatoo he is just not getting enough attention he is a big time attention bird he was plucked but his feathers are growing back slowly but surely he is tame most of the time with pretty much everyone he does need alot of time out of his cage and if ur not willing to do that please dont respond he is a family member not a pet im asking for a rehoming fee of 1300
